The Role:

Futurestep is happy to announce creation of new Talent Acquisition Team supporting a new global pharmaceutical client. With our service we will be supporting the organic growth of our Client, therefore we are looking for talented English – speaking sourcers to join Futurestep in Warsaw. It’s a fantastic opportunity to develop within global recruitment company.

Responsibilities:

Working in the role you will be required to:

• Attract top talents for specific career opportunities in EMEA, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
• Execute headhunting, talent sourcing and networking strategies
• Conduct market mapping and create company target lists
• Create talent pools as well as pipeline
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal systems regarding Candidates data
• Conducting CVs & phone screening if needed

Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this position you will have:

• At least 6 months’ recruitment/HR experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
• Fluent level of English (additional language nice to have)
• Focus on deadlines and goals – taking ownership for responsibilities
• Positive attitude and proactivity in action
• Ability to analyse patterns and formulate conclusions
• To be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work in fast – paced environment
