Who we are? We are Futurestep – recruitment company with global presence. We are acting as internal HR/recruitment departments of our Clients abroad. At the moment we are looking for French speakers to join Siemens Team. We are open for junior candidates and ready to train them on the job.

On the job you will:

• Speak French and English on daily basis
• Search for French speaking professionals with qualifications in line with desired profile
• Contact those professionals through social media and network in EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa)
• Post adverts on job boards
• Conduct CVs & phone screening calls

If you have:

• Recruitment/HR background (internship) – nice to have
• Knowledge of sourcing best practices – nice to have
• Fluent level of English and French
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
• Ability to analyse patterns and formulate conclusions
• High organization skills and detail-orientation
• Ability to work in fast – paced environment
